Volume II: [1], xvi, 540 pages, [1]. Illustrated. Maps removed from the rear pocket volume 2. Defective. Front hinge volume 1 broken. Thin cracks to the text block. Volume 2 front cover is heavily scuffed. Both volumes contain the frontispiece engravings. Interior contents clean. A fair reading copy only missing the maps in volume 2.
