Presumed First edition, not stated. 1943. Tiny corner crimps to a few adjacent pages otherwise no mention worthy issues. Appears unread, white unmarked pages, excellent copy. Price intact ($3.75) DJ, on the other hand is heavily worn but present and now in a Brodart sleeve. Chipping, 2" piece missing tail of spine, rear wrap separated at spine (not apparent in archival protector). NEAR FINE/FAIR. Illustrations by Donald McKay.
