Saint Lawrence Justinian was a 15th-century Catholic bishop of Venice who was an important catalyst in the promotion of Catholic constitutions. His written works were extensive. He wrote several episcopal sermons, biographical sketches on saints, apostles, preachers, martyrs, and evangelists, as well as treatises on various religious topics including the passion and resurrection of Christ, living in humility and obedience, spiritual formations, and living in solidarity.
This 1721 folio edition of the works of Saint Lawrence Giustiniani was published in Venice bound in vellum.
