Pugsley Sr. [1850 - 1936] was New York's Democratic Congressman from 1901 - 1903. He spent the remainder of his business career in Peekskill, NY. 6 x 9 1/2", 4pp, period folds slt. misfolded, b&w, back page marked & edges ruffled. Printed in Poughkeepsie, NY, Typographical Union Label on verso.
