Illustrated with 67 photographic reproductions in black and white, and 11 diagrams and ground plans. Four quarter-inch chips along top of dust jacket back, two quarter-inch closed tears along top of dust jacket front. Text block tight, bright, and clean. 9 x 12 inches. 573 pages.
