A review copy with the publisher's slip, mailing label, promotional flyer, promotional newsletter and five black-and-white press photographs-including shots of Marilyn Monroe, Bertrand Russell, and George Bernard Shaw-laid in. With an introduction by Philip B. Kunhardt, Jr. Black and white images of celebrities and luminaries, accompanied by their printed autographs or "scribbles" to Eisenstaedt.
