Rubbed spine ends, cloth frayed and torn. Corners rounded; cloth worn through. Top text block edge dusty, all edges tanned. Endpapers soiled, previous owner's name on front free endpaper. Front hinge cracked and stretched, volume loose. Internally neat, clean, bright and tight; baring some occasional foxing. 216 woodcuts. Translated and edited by Adam Sedgwick with the assistance of F.G. Heathcote.
