NY: Thomas Yoseloff, 1961. Illustrated with 4 color and 96 B&W plates. Dust jacket in mylar [attached to boards], clean, colors bright, a little edge wear, lightly sunned spine. Pages [148 including index] clean, unmarked, binding tight and square. Red cloth boards, clean, bright gilt lettering [title on black panel], minor shelf wear at extremities. Usual ex-libri marks. Detailed study with chapters on the figures to other arts, the complex technique of their manufacture, and about the subjects they represent. Separate chapters look at various factories, the different styles, their individual modellers which are compared and contrasted with the help of carefully chosen illustrations. Media Mail, Priority & most international shipping include free tracking information. Every book listed is located in my smoke free and climate controlled shop. All are inspected by me and will have qualities and/or flaws described. . First American Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good-/Very Good-. Illus. by Various Photographers. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall. Domestic and International priority rates are based on books up to 4 lbs which will fit into a "Flat Rate" envelope. We will contact you with quotes for heavier books or multiple book orders. I endeavour to describe all items correctly but if you find a mistake or omission in the description I will gladly accept a return and I will refund the cost of the book. The item[s] need to be returned within 3 days of receipt and need to be received in the same condition as they were sent. I would prefer it if you could take a minute to contact me to resolve any issues before a return is arranged, possibly making a return unnecessary.
