Londn: Charles Tilt, 1829. First Edition. 12mo(in 6s). 29pp., illustrated with six full page wood engraved plates after George Cruikshank by Branston and Wright, Bonner, Slader and T. Williams. Bound in 3/4 tan polished calf, two raised bands with compartments fully gilt decorated, red morocco spine lablel gilt, top edge gilt, gray endpapers. A poem by Thomas Hood who was a poet, humorist and wrote for several magazines including Punch. A very nice copy.
