Otherwise fine: clean, square and tight throughout. Jacket is clean and bright with only some shelf wear and a small crease atop front flap. This volume is the collection of works on which O'Connor (1925-1964) was working at the time of her death. She received the National Book Award and other honors.. First Edition. Hardcover. Near Fine/Very Good. 8vo.
Synopsis
Everything That Rises Must Converge is a collection of short stories written by Flannery O'Connor during her final illness. The title of the collection and of the short story of the same name is taken from a passage from the work of Pierre Teilhard de Chardin. The collection was published posthumously in 1965. It includes an introduction by Sally Fitzgerald, and nine stories.
