Faber and Faber. Near Fine in Near Fine dust jacket. 1951. 1st Edition. Trade Paperback. Large paperback with dustjacket in excellent condition, the blank white cover of the book is mildly tanned at the edges and is in excellent condition otherwise, the illustrated beige jacket has a couple of short edge-tears and a small amount of corner-rubbing, it is also in great shape overall and would make a suitable gift copy, "The mounted color plates show paintings inspired by the great river and its bridges, and by the city's riverside monuments; and they also give glimpses of the quiet upstream beauties" .
