No ownership marks present. Foxing present. Text is free of marks. Hinges hanging on. For Anglo-American juveniles, Perrin's Fables in its day, was the standard French primer for more than half a century, since its first London printing in 1771. This 1823 Baltimore edition is quite rare. E-185; 12mo 7" - 7½" tall; 180 pages .
