The page between the endpage and the half-title page has been removed. Pen mark on the bottom tips of the pages. The dust jacket has a little chip at the lower front corner of the flap. The jacket is in new mylar.. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. History, Literature.
