Pantheon Books. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good +/Very Good-. 96 pages. Gold lettering on the spine. Black leather spine with gold linen cover. Minor wear to the edges of the cover and the top and tail of the spine. Dust jacket is protected in Brodart, has some chipping along the edges and a couple of closed tears (less than an inch). This is number 78 of this edition of one hundred copies which have been handbound and signed by the author. This book has also been inscribed by the author in 1963 on the front free endpaper.
