Publisher's red cloth lettered in black to spine, illustrated dust-jacket. Stickman illustrations to title page and preliminaries. Toning and spotting to edges of textblock, edgewear to spine and corners, tearing to dust-jacket spine 2.5cm, chipping to edges of dust-jacket. Very good. 'Follow The Saint' tells the story of the much loved character Simon Templar, a Robin Hood-like figure known as the Saint. When a bloody murder is found in the Thames, Templar must untangle the connection between the crime and a millionaire's fortune. This is the twelfth edition of 'Follow the Saint' which was first published in 1939.
Synopsis
Follow the Saint is a collection of three mystery novellas by Leslie Charteris, featuring the criminal and crimefighter Simon Templar, alias The Saint. The collection was first published in 1938. Follow the Saint marked a change in the publication order for the Saint books. Up to this point, the books were always published first in the United Kingdom, followed by an American publication later in the year or sometimes a year later.
