Later issue of the American edition, printed in Great Britain (originally issued in 1910, without date in title; see Freitag #1023). Includes 3 appendixes (including bibliography and index). A good copy with spine sunned; slight wear to head and foot of spine; slight soiling and rubbing to covers (cloth); previous owner's pencil annotations on front free endpaper; slight internal stains and browning to few leaves (chiefly to edges and endpapers).20 Color & 16 Collotype Illustrations / Plates.
