Contains 17 pieces of correspondence between U. S. Ambassador in London Walter Hines Page (1855-1918) and James W. Gerard (1867-1951) U. S. Ambassador to Germany, with reports by John B. Jackson, Ellis Loring Dresel, Jerome Pierce Webster, and Guy Ayrault on the conditions of camps holding British prisoners of war and interned civilians in Germany. In Good+ Condition: "ABI" in ink at upper edge of front cover; title page is stained and lightly creased; otherwise, clean and solid.
