Knopf", which may be Blanche Knopf, co-founder of Alfred A. Knopf Publishing; Textblock is very clean and tight; Binding gently bumped at spine tips; Unclipped dust jacket, chipped at spine tips and and board corners; Several jacket closed edge tears have been invisibly mended along the underside, utilizing Japanese archival mending tissue and ph neutral pva adhesive; 242p.. Signed by Author. First Edition. Cloth. Very Good+/Good (in mylar). Illus. by Jacket Design by Arthur Hawkins, Jr.. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall. Hardcover.
