Octavo; [ii], 192pp. Illustrated dust jacket with Trade and Special Edition prices intact; book in brown cloth with gilt lettering to spine. Jacket is bright and crisp with very faint rubbing along top edge, but no chips, tears, or marks. Boards are sturdy, with a bit of dulling to spine lettering and a very faint outward bow at fore-edge. Binding is sound and pages unmarked.

Revised and first US hardback edition of the second book of Farmer's World of Tiers series, first published as an Ace paperback in 1966.
