Attributed variously to Robert Foley, Sir Geoffrey Gilbert, Matthew Bacon, and Henry Pooley. cf. British Museum Catalogue. Vol. 2 only. [22], 780, [42] p.; 37 cm. Folio. Contemporary full calf with seven spine compartments between raised bands. Leather labels in second and third compartments with gilt-tooled title "Cases in Equity Abridg" and volume number. Former owner's name on front free endpaper: S. Cadwalader. In Very Good+ Condition: modern Japanese tissue repair of spine and joints; edges rubbed; small scrapes on boards; pages are clean and tight. This is quite heavy. For international shipping, it will have to be sent by international priority.
