This interesting local history of El Paso, Texas documents prostitution in the city from frontier days to the present. Contains an index, source notes, and a bibliography in the rear. Original white cloth spine over lavender cloth publisher's covers with gilt spine lettering and cover lettering. This is a nice clean, tight and unmarked book with no interior or exterior markings, no previous owner names and no bookplates. The dust jacket in similarly nice condition with no chips, tears, or markings. The dust jacket is now in a protective, removable, acetate cover. This is a rather scarce item. ; B&W Photographs, Map; 8vo, 8"- 9" tall; 336 pages .
