Originally published as part of Volume 3, Literature Series of the History of the George Washingon Bicentennial Celebration (thus the unusual pagination) . Probably one of the most useful parts of the Bicentennial series. Uncommon in this format. ; 4to 11" - 13" tall; 321-576 pages .
