BLAKE, Quentin. 1st US Edition, 1st Impression. 17 x 23.5 cm Purple boards with yellow cloth spine with blind stamped titles on the front and purple stamped titles on the spine, pp 88(2) with black and white illustrations by Quentin Blake throughout. With original unclipped jacket priced at $7.95. A near fine book in a very good plus dust jacket which has a little surface rubbing and creasing to the spine tips and edges with some loss of colour and a small 3mm tear to the head of the spine. Internally, there is no name, inscription or bookplate and the pages are very clean, bright and fresh. A lovely copy.
