Herein is traced his career from boyhood days on a Georgia farm to his retirement from the Supreme Court and present service as a member of the Board of Regents of the University System. A Georgia Lawyer contains much Georgiana and other material of historical interest, entertaining descriptive writing, and pertinent legal commentary."

CONDITION: Overall VG. Cover shows light wear and some soiling, binding is quite sound. Leaves have barely and delightfully toned with little foxing, predominantly found within endpapers. Completely unmarked except for the author's signature. Text is bold. DJ shows some wear around the edges, with a 1/2 inch closed tear at the head, but it is NOT price clipped. A nice copy. Full refund if not satisfied.
