New York: D. Appleton and Company, 1929. First Edition (stated). 1st Printing. Hardcover. Very Good/No Jacket. Scott, A. O.. Original yellow/tan pictorial cloth with titles and decorations in maroon. First edition with the publisher's (1) on the last page of the text. The hinges are solid. One of Barbour's most uncommon titles, due no doubt to its unusual (for him) subject matter. Size: 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall. Light colored cover shows mild soil.
