Vol. 1: 22 cm full leather binding with red and gilt impressing on front board for "Quebec Library." Vol. 2: 21 cm Half leather binding with marbled boards. Ex-library with bookplates, stamps, and labels on endpapers. Front board detached from vol. 1 with some wear along edges, extremes, and bumped corners. Pages clean. Text unmarked. Front board detached from vol. 2 with deterioration and missing pieces from spine leather, bumped corners and faded boards. Text is heavily marked with underlining throughout. Sold "as-is."
