New York: Charles Scribner's Sons, 1955. Stated Fourth Edition, Revised and Enlarged. Book condition: Good. Gray cloth wrapped boards with gilt letters in brown box on front cover and spine. Ligth edge wear and sunning. Fore-edge page unevenly tanned and has inscription to prev. owner, dated Oct. 1965. Back end sheet unevenly tanned. otherwise inside 508 pages clean, bright, white tightly bound. B/W photos throughout. A nice, clean reading copy Dust Jacket: poor due to wear on edges with creases, tears and pieces missing. Tanned flaps still attached. Original prce inside front flap. Synopsis: "New material on the U.S. and imported wines, lists of vintage years, changes in liquor regulations. etc.". Later Edition. Hard Cover. Good/Poor. (see photos) (120-B)
