Sixteen pages of illustrations, most full-page, by Cecil Alden - the rest, apart from five pages of advertisements, by John Hassall, several of his drawings being advertisements themselves, the one on the lower cover being an attempt to wring humour from racism in the service of Pears' Soap.Slight rubbing to spine. Near fine.
