It is a very early printing, as it does NOT have the number "1" on either the hardback or dustjacket spine, as is found in later editions. Condition: VeryGood/Fine The hardback is in VeryGood condition. There is no color fading, marks, stains, etc. There are bumps on all four corners. The text is clean with the owner's printed name on the upper right corner of the half-title page. The dustjacket is in Fine condition. It is not price clipped ($ 16.95) with no real wear or loss of paper.
