The binding is good and tight with the record sleeve attached to the inside of the back cover. The record is in fine shape. The front cover has minor rubbing, else fine. Ex-library with typical markings to the inside of the front cover and the flyleaf with the rest of the pages clean, unmarked and uncreased. A fine collector's edition from a non-smoking house.
