Visible cracking to rear of title page with noticeable water staining to front lower corner. Pages are mildly tanned throughout. Text is clear. Binding is firm. Boards have mild edge-wear with bumping to corners. Light tanning & crushing to spine. Minor splits causing fraying to cloth at spine ends. Gilt lettering remains bright and clear.
