Green titled wrappers, rubber-stamped production No. 00402, dated July 28, 1976. Title page present, with credits for screenwriters Michael and Kathryn Montgomery. 124 leaves, with last page of text numbered 123. Xerographic duplication, rectos only. Pages Near Fine, wrapper Near Fine, bound with three gold brads.
