London: Parker, Furnivall & Parker, 1847. First edition (hardback). 8vo (22cm by 14cm), xxxii, 289pp. 3 hand-coloured plates and an exgraved extra-title. Publisher's red cloth, gilt titling to the front board and the spine. Binding a little rubbed, small scuffmark to the upper joint, endpapers somewhat browned, ownership label to the front pastedown. Overall, this copy is in good to very good condition.
