Winnipeg: Cartwright and Lucas [1923]. (Hardcover) Very good, no dust jacket. 240pp. Produced with several binding variants, this copy in green wrappers over green cloth spine with gilt titles. Textured red endpapers with red cloth reinforced inner hinges, photographs, illustrations, index, includes folding panorama. The covers are a bit worn with the overlapping edges more so. Published in commemoration of Winnipeg's fiftieth anniversary to "perpetuate the memory of the early days". Locale: Manitoba; Prairie Provinces; Western Canada; Winnipeg--Manitoba. (Manitoba, Hudson's Bay Company, Local History--Manitoba, Selkirk Settlers).
