Fine purple cloth, larger book, gilt lettering bright with design on spine, 230 lightly browned heavy pages, illustrations and photos throughout. DJ price-clipped, glossy purple background, yellow-tinted illustration of medieval artillery on front, other history books advertised on back. DJ has very tiny nicks at top front edge, two tiny nicks along top and bottom front bookfold edge, very slightly rubbed at front spine indentation and back bookfold edge, slightly rubbed on spine and back spine indentation as well. Near Good DJ/Very Fine book.
