Foreword by Sir Anthony Wagner, Garter King of Arms and Genealogist of the Order of the Bath. Number 127 of 150 de-luxe copies. Laid in: two photocopies of letters dated in 1972: (1) from Conrad Swan of the College of Arms, and (2) from a secretary to The Queen at Balmoral Castle thanking the author for his gift of the book.
