London: Chatto & Windus. Very Good in Very Good dust jacket. 1965. Hardcover. Book is clean and tight, ends of spine are bumped and shelf worn. Title page has embosssed former owner mark. Dust jacket is priceclipped and has a surface pull on the publisher's name at the spine. The dust jacket has been placed in a mylar cover. Map in back is attached and in very good condition. .
