Grey cloth lettered in blue to spine with blue horse motif to front, and pictorial dustjacket by Stanley Lloyd. 187pp. With 12 line drawings in plates by Stanley Lloyd. Equestrian story with a supernatural element, aimed at 'readers of all ages'. Good only overall. Pages are very good and clean, original owner's details from 1945 on flyleaf. Cloth covers are fair only, with some stainsThe jacket is bright and mostly clean ( a few small marks to front), though with worn edges with losses to corners and spine ends. Now in clear sleeve.
