About This Item

Herring Press, Houston, 2005. Book. Very Good. Cloth. Signed by Author(s). 295 pages. Hardcover, bound in red cloth covered boards and wrapped in an illustrated paper dustjacket. Signed boldly in black on the front free endpaper , probably by the revolutionary former artistic director of the Houston Grand Opera, David Gockley. There are no other markings to the interior. Minimal shelfwear to the edges with a few small points of wear and chipping to the dustjacket. Else, the binding is tight and solid. A magnificent overview of the numerous artistic triumphs by the world renowned opera company responsible for initiating productions of the highest caliber and often taking great risks to do so..
