New York: McGraw-Hill Book Company, 1981. Hardcover. Unpaginated preliminaries, 386p., photo-illustrated in inserted coated stock, hardbound in 9.5x6.5 inch red boards with dark blue cloth backstrip, in dust jacket. Heel of casing has suffered damp damage and blue cloth has stained lower endsheets of both gutters and the inside of the dj. Otherwise a pretty good reading copy, no markings, no ownerships, no further damage.
