Pictorial dust jacket over red cloth. FFEP missing so none of the usual library inserts, stamps and inscriptions. however glue marks to lower spine where stickers have been removed.Contains black and white illustrations and photographic plates. Pages are moderately tanned with noticeable foxing throughout. Cracks to hinges, exposing netting. Cracks to guttering, causing pages to become loose. Frontispiece is present but detacheded. Plate facing page 16 is detached but still present. Substantial area of scuffing to front pastedown. . Boards have slight edge wear with corner bumping. Visible tanning to spine and edges with some crushing to spine ends. Gilt lettering is darkened. Unclipped jacket, 6/-, protected by clear plastic cover which has been taped in place. So Boards have been well protected and DJ is in good, some chips and shelf wear Overall Fair condition.
