Dublin: Printed By S. Powell , 1732. Book measures 17.5x10.cm. xvi-385pp, [20]pp index, 2pp, sacred to the memory of Samuel Butler, 17 plates including frontis. Bound in period tree calf, raised bands, gilt tooling. At some time, [ not recently ], corners of boards have been repaired, some scuffing and abrasion wear, head of spine chipped, rubbed. Generally a nice binding. Internally, a few plates have minor crease marks, 1 plates lacking part of margin, not affecting engraved area. Pages and plates in good clean condition. A nice copy, in an attractive period binding. . Full Calf. Near Very Good. 12mo.

We are a long established company dealing in second-hand, out of print and antiquarian books on all subjects. We are based in Hertfordshire, just 2 miles north of Junction 25 of the M25. We are members of the PBFA and exhibit at a large number of their fairs across the UK.
