Amsterdam: I.C.S.E., 1957. Newsletter. Single 8.25x13 inch sheet folded to 6.5x8.25 inches, mimeographed both sides, texts in English, lightly worn and toned. The Committee formed in 1951 and created a network of Homophile organizations including Arcadie, One, the Riksförbundet för Sexuellt Likaberättigande Der Kreis and others. It folded in the early 1960s.
This issue informs members of some changes in the newsletter which began as a bi-monthly. Also a report on the lottery winners & information on the next meeting in Frankfort.
