Second edition, revised and reprinted on the occasion of the Sesquicentennial of the state of Illinois. Introduction by Allan Nevins. The binding is very clean and tightly bound. The dust jacket is also very clean, showing NO wear, but the spine is slightly sunned. The contents are unmarked with NO writing, highlighting, underlining, torn or missing pages, dog-ears, odors, bug nor moisture damage. There is NO writing, attached book plates, blind stamps or other signs of previous ownership.
