About This Item

New York: DELACORTE PRESS, 1977. Book. Near Fine. Hardcover. Signed by Author(s). First Edition/First Printing. A square solid tight clean very carefully read copy of the author's 6th book. This copy has some very light soil to the edges of the text block else fine. The 5.95 jacket has some light edge wear, short light creasing to both flaps, light rubbing. A pretty nice copy of a hard to find signed first edition of this title. This copy has been signed by Richard on the half title page. THIS COPY IS IN MY POSSESSION AND NORMALLY SHIPS NEXT DAY.

Synopsis

This is Bach's follow-up to Jonathan Livingston Seagull. Flight still plays a role, but this time it's people in airplanes. It's a somewhat lighthearted philosophical piece that was cutting edge at the time and still holds up pretty well. We're all children of god, and the material world is illusion.
