New York: Ross History Co. 1914. (4to) 637, xii pp. Very good, no dust jacket. Decoratively stamped brown leather with gilt titles and designs. Marbled endpapers, color frontispiece, photographs, black and white and color illustrations, some musical notation, index. Minor cracks at the top and bottom of the front hinge, light wear to the corners and small tears to the top of the spine, minor damage to the back marbled endpaper. Introduction by John Hull White.
