Light edgewear and light soiling upper edge of pages, jacket attached to book. Light scuffing of cover and some scratches on front cover. Pages are clean and intact, with minimal lib markings, light age tanning to page edges.. Colour & b/w illustrations. 248 pages. Published in conjunction with the exhibition of the same name in 1982/1983, organized by the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art and supported by a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts. - U.S. Customers: Airmail options only. Surface mail has been discontinued. Expedited option is Tracked Packet or Expedited Parcel.

Prices don't increase dramatically with size and weight, so multiple items in the same order can be more cost effective. Also, items which can ship via letter mail will reduce shipping costs considerably. Feel free to inquire.
- International/Overseas (non-U.S.) Customers - Please Note: Due to recent extremely slow deliveries and customer complaints for overseas surface mail, I have had to switch shipping options to the more expensive tracked/insured option.
