US: Prentice-Hall, 1971. Hardcover. Good/Very Good. SIGNED. Quarter sage green cloth over pink and green striped paper-covered boards with gilt particulars to spine. Author's signature and inscription to first free endpaper; light scattered foxing to margins throughout. Text block is heavily foxed. Boards have sunning, rubbing and bumping to edges, corners and ends of spine. Binding is sound, spine slightly leans. Dust jacket is creased and soiled at edges, corners and ends of spine. Dust jacket is covered in a protective mylar jacket.
