[16] leaves of which 8 are chromolithographed plates, including title page. Includes one facsimile letter dated 1884 by Whittier to a Miss Sadie F. Price disclaiming authorship of the poem (Currier 150). A beautiful copy of the poem in its entirety with stanzas set amidst meadow flowers on lovely botanical plates. 1/4 cloth
