About This Item
Spanish, Ont., Oct. 4, 1903. Good. Apparent copy of a 27 cm typed letter to G. Murphy, complaining that, on January 15, the C.P.R. train to Sault Ste. Marie ran over his bull. The accident took the bull's "bag most off, and he lost his seeds. I don't bleve he is ever going to be any use as a bull." Writer wishes to have the bull reported "ded" for "He was a red bull, but he stans aroun these days lookin dam blu." Strange tale. Comical spelling. Crude humour. Horizontal and vertical folds.
